We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may look slightly different on different screens, and packaging or product design may change from the manufacturer's side. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are completely error-free.

Our pet products are meant for general use. If your pet has a health condition, allergy, or special dietary need, please consult a veterinarian before using any product.

4. Prices and Availability

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price due to a clear technical or typing error, or is out of stock, we may cancel or correct the order. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Placing and Confirming Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only when we accept it and prepare it for dispatch.
• We may contact you by phone call or WhatsApp to verify your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look suspicious, contain incorrect details, or cannot be delivered.

6. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments made online are processed by secure third-party providers. We do not store your card or banking details. For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times, charges, and conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, and damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video as proof.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our logo, brand name, text, photos, graphics, and design, belongs to Mr. Waggy or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Customer Photos, Videos and Reviews

If you send us photos, videos, or reviews, you confirm that you have the right to share them. We will use claim-related photos and videos only as described in our Privacy Policy. We may display reviews you submit publicly on our website, and we may remove reviews that are abusive, false, or inappropriate.

• Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
